- 4.5 lb whole chicken rested on kitchen counter for 1 hour

- seasoning mix (below) reserve 1 tsp for the stuffing and 1 tsp for the fat

- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional (spicy)
Stuffing:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves roughly chopped
- 2 serrano peppers
- 1 tsp seasoning mix
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 lemon wedges
Spicy Lemon Garlic Sauce:
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 juicy lemon
- 3 tbsp chili garlic sauce Lee Kum Kee

How to Make Lemon Garlic Chicken?
Just be sure to leave your spices on for a great amount of time!! When you are ready to cook the burgers, heat olive oil in a skillet cast iron or nonstick over medium. Pour the marinated chicken pieces one by one into a skillet, try not to overlap. Fry chicken in the skillet on both sides until golden, about 160°F internally and place onto a plate wrap with foil for roughly five minutes. Resting allows the chicken to hit 165 degrees and be cooked all of the way.
